Meet the Principal

Mrs. Grijak has 18 years of experience in education. She completed her undergraduate degree and Master of Education at The Ohio State University. After graduating, she began her teaching career in Georgia. Her experience as a classroom teacher and an instructional coach led her to pursue a Master of Arts in School Leadership from Concordia University of Chicago. In 2021, she accepted an Assistant Principal position with Olentangy Schools. Currently, she is serving her first head principal position at Peachblow Crossing Elementary School. Mrs. Grijak is passionate about creating positive, engaging and inclusive environments where all feel welcomed and valued.
